2. Suggestion/feedback Program:

In our endeavor to improve our corporate governance and its effectiveness, we seek internal and external stakeholder feedback on continual basis.   These inputs are reviewed periodically and all such suggestions shall be incorporated.   The disposal of all the suggestions shall be published quarterly in company news letter.
